30-day Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from you may return within 30 days the product(s) with your order number for a refund amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We apologize, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail outlet other than must be returned at that point of purchase.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1.866.268.4669. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.


Return or exchange products purchased from other retailers?

Unfortunately, return and exchange services are only extended to customers that shop We will evaluate manufacturing defects on a case by case basis. Please call our customer care team at 1.866.268.4669  and we will do our very best to assist you.

Backorders and Out-of-stock items

We do not take back orders on out-of-stock items. However, we are very diligent in letting our customers know when a popular item is back in stock. This is communicated via the Shaveworks e-newsletter.

Expedited Shipping

All orders received after 12:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day. For example, if you select overnight shipping on an order that is placed at 1:00 pm EST, the order will be shipped on the next business day via overnight shipping.

Orders may be delivered to the above mentioned addresses however, tracking information will be limited once the package is outside United States for APO/FPO addresses.
